ADDICTION

A person with an addiction uses a substance, or engages in a behavior, for which the rewarding effects provide a compelling incentive to repeat the activity, despite detrimental consequences. (psychologytoday.com)

Addiction is a false solution to real problems. I help my clients identify the very real problems of mental illness, traumatic pasts, and overwhelming life circumstances, and help them build real solutions which not only solve these problems but provide a life of happiness, freedom and joy.

My passion is helping my clients, their spouses, and their families navigate through the journeys of recovery.
